THE Denny Goodwin Dance Band has been invited to play at a ballroom dancing event in Farnsfield Village Centre on Saturday, October 22.

The event, which is open to members of the public, is a social evening to thank members of the Southwell U3A for learning ballroom dancing on a Thursday evening, with the help of teacher Ineta Hanford.

A light buffet will be served at the autumn dance.
