Boughton pianist Chris Miggels, and the Mansfield Male Voice Choir will also take part in the event, at Portland College, Mansfield, at 7pm.

The Grove’s head of music, Mr Paul O’Leary, said the pupils would be performing several numbers from their annual show, Fame.

The head at John Blow Primary School, Mrs Helen Richardson, said the school’s 48-strong choir would perform Barry Manilow’s One Voice and The Rhythm of Life from the musical Sweet Charity.
