The second leg of the Collingham versus Barnstone challenge was fished at the neutral venue of Portland Waters on Canal and Four Islands, with 47 anglers in action.
The winner was Mick Brewster of Barnstone, fishing pole and pellet on peg 12 on Canal for 102-6-0, and that was just enough to edge out Darren Harston of Collingham who was fishing on peg 18 on Four Islands on the same tactics for a level 101-0-0.

Ray Redwood of Barnstone was third on Canal peg one with 88-0-0, Ted Wroe of Collingham was fourth with 70-2-0, Ian Sparrow of Collingham was fifth with 66-14-0, and Collingham’s Ced Baldwin was sixth with 63-4-0.

Each side’s top ten counted for the team result, and Barnstone’s 594-14-0 beat Collingham’s 585-6-0.
