Four off at Fernwood as Hobgoblin see red

There were four players sent off at Fernwood on Sunday morning, and the referee then returned to the changing rooms to find that his kitbag and shoes had been filled with liquid soap.
Stuart Bennett of RHP Social gets in a shot despite the attentions of Gunthorpe's Adam Meakin, with referee James Bateman looking on.
The Newark Alliance Division Two match between Fernwood and Hobgoblin saw one Fernwood player shown the red card and three from Hobgoblin dismissed.

RHP Social will meet Farndon United in the final of the Sam Arnold Memorial Trophy at Lowfields a week on Sunday.

RHP booked their date with Farndon — and the two could meet again the final of the Willie Hall Trophy if RHP beat Wheatsheaf United in the semi-final on Sunday — with a 4-2 win at home to Gunthorpe.
