Lewis Fallon showed great powers of resilience to clinch a fourth world title for Newark Martial Arts Club on Friday evening.

Fallon had spent a tough week before the fight on exercise with the Army. It involved running more than 25K every day with a 40kg back pack, sleeping rough and surviving on bare essentials.
