Three Counties reign is ended for Newark

Newark Rugby Club's two-year hold on the Three Counties Cup came to an end at Derby on Wednesday evening in this season’s semi-final.

Derby, who were beaten by Newark in the final last year, won an excellent contest 21-14 after taking the upper hand thanks to two tries in the first half.
