MILLS- On July 15, 1999, peacefully after a short illness, in Newark Hospital, Kathleen, aged 78 years, of Farndon. PHILLIPS- On July 8, 1999, at Little Oaks Nursing Home, Addie (nee Stansall), aged 88. Beloved wife of the late Bill, much loved auntie of Denise and John. Cremation took place at Grantham Crematorium yesterday, Thursday, July 15, after a service at St Giles' Church, Balderton.

PURNELL- On July 8, 1999, peacefully in Park View Nursing Home, Newark, Charles William (Charlie), formerly of Whitfield Street, Newark, aged 88 years. Reunited with his wife, Hilda, after 51 years. The much loved dad of Trevor, father-in-law of Val and devoted grandad to Marie and Natalie. Now in God's care. Funeral service at Charles Street Methodist Church, followed by interment at Newark Cemetery, took place yesterday, Thursday, July 15, 1999. WARD- On July 10, 1999, Harold, passed away peacefully, aged 75 years. A dearly loved father, sadly missed by daughters, Kathryn and Lindsay, brother Alan and sister-in-law Pam, and sons-in-law, Tim and Nigel.
