Deaths

BASS- On April 7, 1999, suddenly, in hospital, after a short illness, Albert Edward of Wigsley, aged 67 years. Dearly loved husband of Betty and much loved father of Jane and Claire. Simply the best. Funeral at Lincoln Crematorium on Thursday, April 15, at 2.30pm. Family flowers only. Any donations, please, to Beaumond House Hospice, c/o David Tingle Funeral Directors, Collingham.

BASS-
On April 7, 1999, in Lincoln County Hospital, Albert Edward, aged 67. Much loved son of Charlotte. Sadly missed by all the family.

On April 4, 1999, in Newark Hospital, Toplis, peacefully after a short illness. Dearly loved brother of Betty and Elizabeth.

CARVER-
On April 5, 1999, in Beaumond House, after a short illness, Roland (Roly), aged 68. Precious and dearly loved husband of Mary, devoted and loving father of Helen, Sue and Andrew and grandpa to James and Joanne. The funeral service is to be private; a service of thanksgiving will be held at All Saints' Church, Coddington, on Thursday, April 22 at 11.30am.

On April 1, 1999, in the Queen's Medical Centre, after a long illness bravely borne, Derrick, of Southwell, aged 71.
