tragic loss of Rees.
ASHER- Rees. Words cannot begin to express my deepest
thanks for the overwhelming support I have received from
everyone who knew Rees and those who knew him only through
knowing me. Special thanks to Carol, Pam, Noreen and Elva,
who were there for me during those dreadful first few days.
To his mates, who not only supported me, but who were so
