BARBER Bernard. Bernard's wife, Nicola, would like to thank everyone for their kind messages of sympathy, cards and flowers following the sad loss of Bernard. Especially David Gill of E. Gill and Sons and the Rev Fred Olney. Thanks to the paramedics for their prompt attendance and dedicated effort (sadly in vain). My special thanks go to my mum Chris Packnoham for the support and help over the past three weeks. Thanks, Mum. Also to Alex and James Hamilton, Lynda, Steve and Abbey Moore. These people worked really hard on the day of the funeral to prepare and lay on a beautiful buffet. Lastly, thanks to Laurens Patisseries for their kindness and contribution to the buffet. Colin, Tina and Tara (Bernard's brother and sisters) also wish to thank everybody for everything they have done. The family of Victor (Vic) would like to thank all the staff of
Sconce Ward at Newark Hospital, especially Mary and Rob for their
kindness shown to Vic and his family in his last hours, also all the
staff at North Clifton Nursing Home who cared for him during the
last year of his life. Also thank you to the Rev Tony Tucker for his
