CONSTERDINE Hilary, Bernie and family would like to offer their sincere thanks to everyone for the many cards, flowers, messages of sympathy and support on the sad loss of Allan. Special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff at Haywood House Hospice for their care, Canon Nigel Coates for his lovely service, and to our dear friend Paul Stafford for his moving tribute, also to Julie Hall for her kindness and professionalism with the funeral arrangements and Neil of the Admiral Rodney for the wonderful buffet. A special mention also to all Allan's close friends for their help and continued support during his illness.
