ATKINSON Olive's family would like to thank everyone for their kind support over the past few years, those at Byron House and the day care centre, Dr Campbell of Barnbygate Surgery, and especially Roger and the staff at Red Rose Nursing Home for their attention and care over the past 19 months. COOLING Gillian would like to offer a huge thank-you to family, friends neighbours and colleagues from NSK for cards, flowers and the donations received in memory of Paul for Pancreatic Cancer Research. Special thanks to my sister Christine, NSK for their tremendous support, especially Alan Armstrong and Richard Pickles, staff and nurses of The Park Hospital, especially Clumber Suite and Dr McGill of the Fountain Medical Centre. My gratitude always for the support given to Paul and me from day one by the following "team": Christine and Bob Kyle - always there day and night, John Newton and Jane - endless visits and practical help, John McAndrew and Frances - with us every week throughout Paul's treatment, and always there when needed. I could not have got through without you all. Paul really appreciated the endless support from "our team". Thanks to the Rev Tony Tucker for a beautiful service and special thanks to David Dixey of E. Gill and Sons Ltd. Thanks also to Mick and the staff of The Chesters. PARKER Pip.
