Millie’s triple success puts club on course Swimming

Millie Bowes-Hall put in a sparkling individual display to steer Newark Swimming Club to an excellent third place in the first round of the Sports Centre Gala League series at Retford.

The youngster produced half of Newark’s six wins, getting first touches in the 15-and under 100m individual medley — in a personal best time of 1min 17.05secs — the 13-and-under 100m freestyle and the 13-and-under 100m breaststroke — again in a personal best time of 1-33.23.
