Tolent starts £1.5m showroom building work at Brunel Park site, Newark




Work has started on a new £1.5m builders’ merchants warehouse and showroom in Newark.

National contractor Tolent will clear the Brunel Park site and construct a steel-framed building, along with external works, utilities connections and fit-out works including racking, IT and counter installations.

Work is expected to be completed on the two-acre site by March 2021.

John Currie, regional director for Tolent, said: “Work started on site last month to transform this site into a high-quality build for our client, Taylor Lindsey Ltd, and it will be a fantastic addition to our ever-growing portfolio.”

Taylor Lindsey is a Lincoln-based housebuilder, commercial developer and property investment company.
