Newark and Sherwood District Council's latest planning applications include plans for ten new dwellings
This week's district council planning applications have been released.
Proposals in the Newark area include plans for ten new dwellings and the retrospective demolition of a barn.

Balderton: New painted metal railings, pedestrian gate and vehicular gate to front boundary, at 11 Church Lane, by Mr M. Parker.
Barnby-in-the-Willows: Detached five-bedroom house and garage with new access, at land at Cross Lane, by D. Harrison.
Bleasby: Replacement of existing conservatory with new lean-to rear extension, new first-floor extension, extension of gables towards the north elevation, and alterations to windows and doors, at Goverton Hill Bleasby Road, by Mr and Mrs Adrian and Victoria Ramsey.

Bulcote: Domestic tennis court with surround fencing (part retrospective) (resubmission of 19/01247/FUL) at The Manor House, Old Main Road, by Professor Simon Fishel.
Caythorpe: 40m x 20m menage, off Caythorpe Road, Lowdham, by Mr Michael Baines.
Epperstone: Demolition of single detached garage and utility and construction of two-storey side extension (re-submission of 19/00471/FUL) at Belvedere House, Bland Lane, by Mr Simon Home.
Halam: New timber-framed garage, at Kirby’s Orchard, The Turnpike, by Mr Robert Taylor.
Hockerton: Cabin in the rear garden, at 2 Church Lane, by Mr Mark Fisher.
Kirklington: Replacement single-storey rear extension, conversion of existing attic rooms into dormer and general house remodelling, including amendments to access gates and boundary wall, at The Bungalow Southwell Road, by Mr and Mrs Cearns.
Newark: Ten new dwellings, at land north of Esther Varney Place, by Mrs Judith Wise.
