Newark and Sherwood District Council's latest planning applications




This week's district council planning applications have been released.

Proposals include plans to create a new entrance to an existing church hall and a residential development of up to 20 new dwellings.

Balderton: New entrance connecting existing church hall and annexe; alterations to existing openings of the annexe; new external wall finish and roof replacement with new rooflights on it; landscape works and alterations to the internal layout to improve accessibility to the buildings, at Balderton Methodist Church, Main Street, by Balderton Methodist Church PCC.

Bleasby: Single-storey dwelling within walled garden, at West Hall, Main Street, by Mr Trevor Pargeter.
