Newark and Sherwood District Council's latest planning applications include a shop front change and inner alterations by Winkworth estate agents

This week's district council planning applications have been released.

Proposals in the Newark area include plans to build six one-bedroom flats by Newark and Sherwood District Council and a shop front change and inner alterations by Winkworth estate agents.
