A major road has partially reopened as the recovery of an overturned lorry continues.
This morning, a HGV overturned on the A46 at the Brownhills Roundabout, Newark.
The northbound carriageway has now reopened to traffic between A1 at Winthorpe and A617 Cattlemarket Roundabout.
However, the southbound carriageway is now partially closed, with one lane open, as a complex recovery and clear-up process continues, and motorists are warned of longer journey times in the area.
Updated images from the scene show cranes and recovery vehicles.
National Highways expect this closure to stay in place until at least mid-afternoon today.
