A collision on the A617 is causing slow traffic this afternoon (Tuesday).

The AA has reported a crash on the main road near Kirklington, which has blocked the road both ways between the Bilsthorpe turn off and Eakring Lane.

This is consequently affecting traffic between Mansfield and Newark.

Avoid the area if possible.
