Appeal to find missing horses




A horse and a pony were reported missing from paddocks in two village on the same day.

The pony, a 13.2hh bay mare, went missing from a paddock on Potter Hill Road, Collingham, at 8.45pm on July 11.

It has a poorly back leg with lumps on it.

The police received a separate report that a horse had gone missing from Mill Lane, Caunton, at 10.15pm.

It is described as a bright orangey brown mare with a black mane and tail. She has white markings along her muzzle, a long dipped back and white rear legs.

She was wearing a white rug.
