The Environment Agency and Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service warn the public about the dangers of flooding




Authorities have joined forces to warn the public about the dangers of driving through flood water.

"Even if it looks shallow, it’s not worth the risk – it only takes 30cm of water to float your car," said a spokesman from the Environment Agency.

The Environment Agency has joined forces with Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue to inform people about the potential risks of floods.
