A manufacturer has created a new role as part of its diversification and expansion strategy.
Automotive parts manufacturer Interflex, of Langar, appointed Paul Neale as its commercial director.
Paul has more than 15 years of business experience.
“I’m delighted to be working in this exciting new role at Interflex,” he said.
“The team has been very welcoming.
“We have already developed our product portfolio and branding, which will lay the foundations to create profitable and sustainable growth year-on-year within automotive and other key industries.
“We are also launching an innovative new product, so it’s all systems go for the business.”
One of Paul’s major projects is leading the launch of Interflex’s new acoustic absorber.
Known as Ocean, the new lightweight absorber is made from a minimum 75% recycled product.
It can also be recycled at the end of its life, making it a sustainable solution for noise, vibration and harshness issues.
Interflex diverted its business into making personal protective equipment earlier in the pandemic.
