Bank Holiday traffic queues reported on A46, A17, and A1 around Newark and Kelham

Traffic is already building around Newark’s main roads this Bank Holiday Monday (August 26).

The AA has reported that there is queueing traffic and heavy traffic on the A1 on the approach to the A46 Newark Showground turn off, stretching past the North Muskham exit.

There is also long delays reported on the A46 Southbound past the Kelham turn-off, as well as the A46 northbound past Brough.

Traffic is also building up on the A17 westbound from the Coddington roundabout, with queues reported as far back as the Beckingham turn-off.
