Both were said to bring dedication, warmth, and exceptional expertise to their new roles.
As head of governance, Rita will work across both Red Rose Care Community in Farndon and Red Court Care Community in Grantham, overseeing all nursing residents and supporting nursing staff at both locations to ensure the highest levels of care and safety.
In her new role as Clinical Lead, Mirela Banu will focus on the provision of excellent quality care to people living in the care home community, ensuring all clinical governance targets are met and supporting staff through her leadership.
She said: “My aim is to make sure the home is the best it can be.
“I want to make sure the home environment is positive for everyone, that I am a role model to others, and that we are delivering the best care we can to our residents and their families.”
These roles are vital to Red Homes Care Community’s continued mission to provide care in a supportive, nurturing and welcoming environment.
Roger Daniel, ceo of Red Homes, said, “I am delighted at the appointment of Rita and Mirela, two exceptional new team members.
