Artist Glenda Gibson to hold children's art classes at The Old Sorting House Gallery in Bottesford
An experienced teacher and artist, is running a series of art workshops for children at The Old Sorting House Gallery in Bottesford.
Glenda Gibson will run the classes on Wednesdays until August 21, teaching children how to use watercolours, acrylics, felting and printing.
Each workshop will be split into age groups, with a maximum of six children taking part at one time.
Glenda said: “I am blown away by the inventiveness of children. I love the collaborative process of exploring and capturing their creative potential in their art works.
“These classes are my way as an artist and teacher to help them learn skills to do that.”
Glenda’s workshops are suitable for children of all abilities with an interest in creating art.
All materials will be supplied, including aprons, although wearing messy play clothes is advised.
The classes will cost £10 per child per lesson.
