Road reopened following traffic collision on A617 at Kelham this morning

UPDATE: Police were called to the A617 near Kelham around 6.45am this morning.

This followed a road traffic collision involving a single car, which rolled onto its roof as a result.

No injuries were reported and no arrests qwew made.

The road was closed for around two hours following the collision but has since reopened.

Delays are building on one of the main routes into Newark this morning as a crash has partially blocked the road.

Traffic is queuing on the A617 as a result over the collision near the Ollerton Road junction at Kelham earlier this morning.

As a result, the carriageway is partially blocked.

Motorists should try to find an alternative route.
