Community volunteers sought

More volunteers are needed in Bingham to get involved with local sports clubs and activities.
An information fair takes place today at the Rushcliffe Volunteer Centre, Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, from noon to 2pm.
Mrs Helen Baron, the volunteer centre organiser, said umpires, scorers and matchday helpers were desperately needed at Bingham Cricket Club as well as Sunday helpers to assist the disabled swimmers at Bingham Penguins.
The volunteer centre will match prospective volunteers with an opportunity that suits their particular interests and skills.
