A1 and A46 near Newark, Nottinghamshire is causing delays for drivers due to tailbacks

A major road is causing issues for commuters as traffic backs up.

Delays of ten minutes have been reported on the A1 Southbound between B1164 and the A46 (Newark Showground / Air Museum Turn Off).

Average speeds in this area have dropped to 20 mph.

There are also delays on the A46 further south including on the Farndon roundabout.
