RSPCA Centre Radcliffe sets up new cost cat lounges to help animals

Cosy cat lounges are the new way to help an RSPCA centre’s feline residents feel more relaxed.

The charity’s Radcliffe branch has recently undergone a makeover and as part of the upgrades to the animal’s veterinary facilities, the centre has just opened two brand new cat lounges to give their cats in need of a new home some extra space to play and socialise with their carers.

Ella Carpenter, animal centre manager, said the idea was to make the facilities for their cats more home-like.

She said: “We are trying to make the adoption journey a bit more pleasurable for our animals.”
