Rushcliffe Borough Council chief executive post confirmed




Kath Marriott has been named as permanent chief executive at Rushcliffe Borough Council.

Mrs Marriott took the position on an interim basis in July last year having been deputy chief executive since 2015 and executive manager for transformation at the council since 2012.

Kath said: “I am delighted to now be confirmed in post and will continue to work with elected members, colleagues and partners to deliver great services to our 119,000 residents.

“It is a real honour to be appointed to this role on a permanent basis.

“I am totally committed to Rushcliffe, both the council and the place, and we have many exciting projects to deliver in the coming months and years.

“The council has had great successes over the years and I want to build on that and ensure that Rushcliffe remains as a great place with a great lifestyle and great sport.”
