Free courses run by Inspire aim to help residents in the Newark and Sherwood district in Nottinghamshire





Residents in the Newark and Sherwood area are being offered access to free short courses to help them get into employment.

The courses offer support and guidance to those who have been away from education and employment for a while said a spokesman from Newark and Sherwood District Council.

The courses are available in Newark, Ollerton and Boughton, Bilsthorpe, Clipstone and Edwinstowe.

“Aimed at those who would like to develop their skills, Inspire has developed a range of free short courses as part of their Renew Programme,” said the spokesman.

Courses available at the moment include financial budgeting, beginners information technology, CV writing and employment support.
