Two new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Newark and Sherwood, according to the latest figures from Public Health England.

In the last seven days there have been 43 positive cases recorded in Newark and Sherwood, which represents a increase of 5.
Public Health England has changed to the way coronavirus cases are reported.
Cases identified through a positive rapid lateral flow test will be removed for people who took polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests within three days that were all negative.
In the latest 24-hour period, no new deaths were reported in Newark and Sherwood within 28 days of the person testing positive for the virus. The total remains at 208.
