Reader's letter: Disconnection

It fathoms me how Balderton Parish Council is made up of councillors who are so disconnected from their community and residents.

With passion and respect, the community has made it very clear that no monetary value or any extra activities can enhance Balderton Lake ­— it is beautiful, accessible and life-changing exactly as it is.

Balderton Parish Council’s attitude to residents’ concerns has been unsympathetic, unprofessional, and rude across several meetings.

There is clearly a hidden agenda, considering Balderton Lake has still not made it on to a single agenda. ­— E. OLDHAM, via email
