Newark and Sherwood District Council say major programme of environmental improvements at Clay Lane park, Newark, will benefit all




A major programme of environmental improvements, including the planting of 1,200 trees, at Clay Lane park, Newark, will benefit residents and wildlife, according to the district council.

In addition to the new trees, existing trees will be pruned, hedges will be shaped, litter removed and vegetation cleared, as part of a package of measures by Newark and Sherwood District Council.
