Gascoines estate agents celebrate gold Southwell Local Award in the British Property Awards 2025
A family-run estate agents has celebrated winning a Gold Award for its property expertise.
Gascoines has scooped the top Southwell Local Award for its property expertise in Southwell at the British Property Awards 2025 — and will now be vying to win the title of ‘Best British Estate Agent’.
The estate agents also achieved the award in 2021 and 2024, in recognition of its ‘outstanding’ customer service and dedication to deliver in the local market that customers look for when choosing an agent.
The British Property Awards monitor agents on a town-by-town basis, with judging by mystery shoppers assessing them against 25 criteria.

Gascoines will now be entered into the British Property’s Regional and National Awards, competing against other agents within the East Midlands and the potential to win ‘Best British Estate Agent’ for 2025.
