Fare dodger

I would like to thank (not) the low-life who did a runner from my husband’s taxi on a recent weekend night.

I know they won’t even have a guilty conscience but, as my husband is self-employed, because they didn’t pay he didn’t get paid.

It also wasted half an hour of his time when a genuine customer could have been on their way home.

It is bad enough for me that he has to work these unsociable hours to earn a living, without the worry of this happening as well.
