LEARN MORENottinghamshire Fire and Rescue crews are still at the scene of the barn fire in Newark.
Crews were called to the scene, near the Cattle Market roundabout, at 6.55pm last night and at its height, there were four pumps in operation.
During the night, crews from Newark, Southwell, Bingham, Tuxford, Collingham and Edwinstowe attended the scene.
Crews from Edwinstowe are currently still on the scene.
A spokesman said: "We are standing with our colleagues at Nottinghamshire Police and would ask anyone with any information to call 101."
The fire is thought to have destroyed around £2,500 worth of hay.
The investigation into the fire, thought to be a potential arson, is still ongoing.
