Firefighters, including those at Newark, Bingham and Southwell, to work through night to dampen Langar Airfield Industrial Estate blaze




Firefighters are to work through the night to dampen down the fire at Langar Airfield Industrial Estate.

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service has warned residents in the area to keep their doors and windows closed as the smoke from the fire contains lots of chemicals that cannot immediately be identified.

Ninety firefighters and fifteen crews including those from Newark, Southwell and Bingham were called at 2.43pm to reports of the large blaze.
