The North Notts Food and Drink Awards 2019 celebrates the best in food and drink in Nottinghamshire.
The very best in food and drink in North Nottinghamshire will be recognised and celebrated in a new series of awards this autumn.
The new North Notts Food and Drink Awards 2019, run by Made magazine, will highlight the best the area has to offer, focusing on the many individuals and groups who contribute to its varied cuisine scene.
The awards will give food fans the opportunity to have their say and nominate their favourites from a whole host of people who are putting in the hard work to produce the area’s finest cuisine.
It is this hard work that the team at Made believe deserves special recognition.
The Made Food and Drink Awards 2019 are divided into 18 categories, each highlighting an area of expertise and service, to help honour the best the area has to offer.
Category winners will be announced at a dazzling award ceremony on October 25 in the spectacular setting of the great hall at Worksop College.
Supporters of Made magazine’s Food and Drink Awards 2019 are backing the event by getting on board as sponsors.
There are a number of sponsorship opportunities for the awards and business and organisations from across North Nottinghamshire have already put their names to the event.
Made magazine is a lifestyle publication covering the whole of North Nottinghamshire and the awards are part of a wider campaign by the magazine to highlight and support the very best the area has to offer.
Sponsorship packages for the awards provide an opportunity for people to not only support the event, but also receive plenty of exposure in the run-up to the awards night itself.
Already on board are North Notts BID, who join the event as headline sponsors; Ye Olde Bell Hotel and Spa, which is sponsoring the artisan producer category, and Porsche Centre Nottingham, which is sponsoring dining pub of the year.
Also sponsoring the event are Meloria, Waddington, and Warner Leisure Hotels.
Jon Rogers, managing director and executive editor at Made, thanked sponsors for their continued support.
“It’s great to see local groups, companies and organisations coming on board to help support this fantastic event,” he said.
“With their support, and more on the way, we are sure this event will be a great success and help highlight the many amazing food producers and all those who are part of the local cuisine scene.”
The food and drink awards will not only reward and highlight the very best, but will also be an exciting and entertaining night for guests.
There’s lots of fun, food and entertainment planned for the evening, including live magic, music and a few more surprises along the way.
The event will be hosted by comedian, author and broadcaster Dominic Holland, with other famous faces, entertainment and surprises throughout the night.
Nominations for the awards remain open, so food lovers across the area can pick their favourites from the finest in North Nottinghamshire.
