Notts County FC charity teams up with Nottingham City Council to launch health campaign
In a bid to encourage Nottinghamshire to remain physically and mentally active during lockdown, a football club has launched its #StaySafeStayActive campaign.
The fitness campaign is delivered by Notts County FC’s Football in the Community, which has teamed up with Get Out Get Active Nottingham and This Girl Can Nottingham projects, and is hosted by Nottingham City Council.
It offers members of the public easily accessible online content and includes several interactive sessions, such as exercise tutorials and mindfulness techniques, to demonstrate some of the ways that people can continue to remain active, healthy and strong while based at home.
