Newark: Four teenagers arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft last night

Four teenagers were arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft from a garage in Newark last night.

Officers were called to Lindsay Avenue before giving chase as the males ran off.

The males, aged between 15 and 17, were eventually detained 200 metres from the scene and arrested in relation to the offences.

The stolen property was recovered and returned to the victim.

All four teens remain in police custody.
