A limited number of pumpkins are available so visitors will need to book an appointment with the Wellington Place team.

Ryan O’Sullivan, sales director for Redrow East Midlands, said: “This autumn, we want to make sure local people have a spook-tacular Halloween, which is why we’ve made sure no one will miss out at Wellington Place.

“Our boo-tiful show homes will be open for those in the market to take a look around and we are looking forward to welcoming families to our development to see what life could be like at Wellington Place — minus the skeletons in the closet.”

Wellington Place is perfect for families with a number of Ofsted rated good primary and secondary schools close by, including Bingham Robert Miles Infant School, East Bridgford St Peters Church of England Primary School and Radcliffe South Nottinghamshire Academy.

Located near Bingham, the village has transport links to Nottingham and Leicester.
