Newark Advertiser reader letter: Give it a rest

I have just skimmed through replies about support for the Prime Minister in the Advertiser poll that asked if residents want Boris Johnson to resign after being fined over partygate.

I’ve started turning the TV news off. It’s like a broken record.

Everyone forgets that he and the other MPs are human and under a lot of stress. I say ‘let he who is without sin cast the first stone’.

I’m sure many many people know of or have been involved in ‘illegal’ gatherings over the past two years.
