The greengrocers, owned by Andy and Jacqui Hawkins, have made a number of changes in the past year to help customers reduce their reliance on plastic.

This includes expanding their range of plastic free fruit and veg, introducing a refill station for washing liquid and detergent, as well as expanding their range of plastic-free goods like bamboo toothbrushes and re-usable coffee cups.

Raw also received praise from Plastic Free Bingham, a community group that encourages local people to reduce their reliance on single-use plastic such as plastic cutlery, coffee cups and plastic packaging.
