Help with buying dream home

Potential homebuyers in Nottinghamshire are being given a helping hand to move into a new property with the launch of the Part-Exchange Price Promise from Miller Homes East Midlands.

The initiative is designed to assist more people in owning a dream home by offering a guarantee that they will receive 100% of any increase in the sale price of their current property, after costs, should they choose to part-exchange their house for one of Miller’s new homes.

Joy Goodman, sales director for Miller Homes East Midlands, commented: “There are currently a lot of people wanting to move into a new property, but feel that they cannot.

“Part-exchange provides the guarantee of a cash buyer and removes the need for either a Home Information Pack or bridging loan.

“In addition, there’s also no extra expenditure on advertising costs or estate agents fees, making it an extremely affordable option.

“As part of the promise, we are also providing additional benefits.

“This includes license to remain in the previous property for up to a week after completion, packaging and removal services, and 12-months accident, sickness and unemployment cover.”

The scheme is available on selected properties at several developments in Nottinghamshire, including Laurel Wolds in Cotgrave.

Among the properties available is a four-bedroomed, detached, Stevenson-style home, priced £275,950.

The generously-sized family home benefits from an exceptionally large kitchen and breakfast area.

There is a separate dining room and utility room.

Joy Goodman said: “98% of our customers have said that they would recommend Miller Homes to their best friend.

“This goes to show that in our 75th year in the industry, our continued dedication to offering affordable options with an increased sense of confidence and security is just as popular as ever.”
