Historic England has published its annual Heritage at Risk Register, revealing the sites most at risk across the East Midlands.

Over the last year, 27 historic buildings and sites in the East Midlands have been removed from the register, with a total of £2,226,094 in grants being given to historic places in the area throughout the past year.

More than half of this money came from the government’s Culture Recovery Fund.
