Homes on new-build residential development off Bowbridge Road, Newark, will soon be available

Homes on a new-build residential development in Newark will soon be available.

Richard Watkinson and Partners is acting on behalf of Arkwood Developments to market the properties, known as The Avenues, off Bowbridge Road.

The Avenues offers contemporary two, three and four-bedroom homes, alongside two-bedroom apartments and a collection of luxury retirement bungalows and apartments, exclusively for the over-60s.
