Councillor Paul Taylor stated at a meeting of Newark and Sherwood District Council that anti-social behaviour is down, citing loads of "facts" and statistics.
What a joke!
Everyone in Newark knows that while reported anti-social behaviour may be down, the reality is far different. We all see it happening every day.
It is not down - he’s living in the clouds .
