There is a lane closed on the A1 due to a stranded lorry

A lane is currently closed on the A1 southbound due to a stranded vehicle.

Nottinghamshire Police and Highways England are currently on the scene near North Muskham dealing with the recovery.

As a result, there is currently five and a half miles of queuing traffic with delays of up to half an hour. Avoid the area if possible.
