The latest Newark and Sherwood District Council's planning applications

A planning application for plans to vary the phasing of a site and the type of goods that can be sold has been submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council.

The application was submitted by Merchant City Ltd. which has land off of Northgate.

Winthorpe: Demolition of garage and replacement with double garage. Erection of brick pillars and electric gates and resurfacing of drive with gravel. Proposed removal of T1 cherry tree and reduction of some lower branches to eastern side ot T3 yew (resubmission of 18/01594/FUL, at 55 Gainsborough Road, by Mr and Mrs Conning.
